Camp Del Bosch is located close to Moliner. It is set in a tranquil location, accessed by country lanes leading to the Bay of Pollensa as well as to the historic old town of the same name.
This beautifully restored, traditional, Mallorcan villa is set in it’s own grounds and enjoys commanding views across the countryside.
The front door opens into an entrance hall and in to the combined lounge/dining and kitchen areas. These feature high beamed ceilings and typical Mallorcan paintings and artefacts.
The kitchen is of modern design and is fully fitted in the American open-plan style.
From this room French doors open out onto a large covered terrace which surrounds the villa on three sides with cane easy chairs and a table tennis table which can give relaxation for all the family to enjoy. The rear terrace affords lovely views of the swimming pool, rockery and surroundig area. A sun room with glass doors is located off the rear facing terrace, this room is fully equipped with a built in BBQ, fridge, sink, table and chairs and an extra seating area. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and full bathroom.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and a twin bedroom and a further double bedroom. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom as well as a sun terrace. The bathroom has a sloping ceiling and spot lighting, whilst the terrace offers outstanding views of the mountains and surrounding countryside, as well as glimpses of the sea beyond.
The garden consists of an extensive lawned area and also incorporates a rock feature and fish pond.
