It is situated in a quiet but not isolated position on a country lane, a few minutes drive from Pollensa and the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

The villa is furnished in Mallorcan style and features pine beams.  There are delightful sitting areas all around the garden areas where you can just look at the views or chill out.  The gardens to this property are very pretty and well maintained. There is a large covered built in BBQ with table and chairs. There is also a shower room next to the BBQ area.

Walking into the villa you first come in to an open plan dining room and American style kitchen. A door leads off from the kitchen to the covered terrace.  From the dining room you go into the lounge area which again has double doors opening onto the covered terrace, gardens and large pool.

Off the dining room is a small hallway, which leads to a twin bedroom with sat TV and a bathroom which has a hydro massage shower in the bath.

The lounge has a plasma screen sat TV and comfortable chairs and sofa.

Off the lounge is a staircase up to a further double bedroom with sat TV and a bathroom.  This bedroom has a terrace which looks out onto the mountains, ideal for your early morning cup of tea or coffee.
