Canavaret is a single storey villa sleeping four located in a quiet country area yet a short drive from Puerto Pollensa and the old town of Pollensa.
Approached through gates into a curling driveway this single storey villa has a covered terrace over the entrance door and lounge area. A wooden dining table and four chairs are to be found here.
Carrying on through the door into the lounge dining area nicely furnished with a door off into the hallway. From the hallway are two bedrooms – one double and one twin which share a full bathroom with shower over the bath. A fully fitted galley style kitchen with wooden units has everything you will need.
In the garden area there is a pagoda with brush style fencing over the top and a stone BBQ.
There is a rectangular pool with grass surround and shrubs. Large trees surround two sides of the property for privacy and an open aspect to the rear over countryside.
