When you book this year’s holiday with Sealand Villas, you can rest assured that we’ll do everything we can to minimise any disruption caused by volcanic ash.

While we cannot control volcanoes, wind direction, airspace and airlines, we guarantee to do our best to reduce some of the stress - minimising the chances that your holiday is cancelled and the need to make travel insurance claims.

If you are unable to reach your villa because of flight disruption, we will move your full holiday to start at a later date in the season. We will endeavour to secure the same villa, subject to availability, or one of comparable specification and value*.

In the event that your flights are affected, simply contact our sales team as soon as possible and we will provide you with alternative dates to which we can move your holiday. You will then be able to organise revised flights with your airline operator.

* Re-booking only available for full one week or two week holidays. No part periods can be taken at separate times if customer chooses to arrive part way through booked period. Additional costs may be incurred if later available villas are of greater value than the originally booked property. No refunds are available for full or part periods. If a later alternative booking cannot be accommodated/agreed, standard cancellation terms and conditions will apply – see point 6 on the booking conditions page.
