1. Visit the city walls of Alcudia

One of the main features that give Alcudia its own personality is the Wall (Muralla Medieval de Alcudia), that surrounds the historic centre.  These walls with its 26 towers were built under King Jaume II to protect the city.

Alcudia is the only city on the island that preserves all its walls. The town has actually wo walls, but only a few remains of the second wall. In addition to the walls, we recommend a walk through the old town. The medieval centre with its narrow streets has left a rich heritage.


2. Playa de Muro

Its almost 6km in length makes it the longest beach on the island. This white sandy beach with clear water is perfect for any age group (both children and adults). A word of advice: don't miss the huge wooden footbridge that goes into the bay of Alcudia, especially during sunrise and sunset; here you are sure to take some of the best photos you will bring with you from your holidays in Mallorca.


3. Alcudia Market

The stalls of the local market are set up every Tuesday and Sunday (from 8 am to 1.30 pm) next to the city wall. The Alcudia Market is considere done of the most important marekts in Majorca. In these picturesque market you can find everything from handicrafts and handmade products to fresh fruit and vegetables from the area. Enjoy the local products and fill your refrigerator in your finca on Majorca.


4. The Natural Reserve of S'Albufereta

The Natural Reserve Of S'Albufereta

Located only 4km from Alcudia, this is one of the most important wetlands in the Balearic Islands. An essential excursion for nature lovers where you can enjoy marshes, a multitude of bird species and kilometres of dunes.


5. Alcanada Golf Club

If you're passionate about golf you certainly shouldn't miss the 18 holes of this club. And even if you're not, it can also be a perfect activity to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere near the sea and surrounded by nature, either alone or with the whole family.
