The villa has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with comfortable double beds and en-suite bathrooms to provide you with maximum privacy and comfort. The other bedrooms offer two single beds each, ideal for families or groups of friends. The spacious living-dining room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen, along with an additional dining area, offers you the opportunity to prepare your favorite dishes with local products and enjoy them. There is a third bathroom with shower for shared use and guests.
Outside, you will find an oasis of tranquility with a refreshing swimming pool, an outdoor shower to cool off after a day at the beach, a large terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, children can run and play in the garden, which has a large lawn area. The pergola is the ideal place to share an outdoor meal or enjoy a glass of wine while gazing at the stars with family and friends. In addition, hammocks and garden furniture ensure your comfort while relaxing outdoors and enjoying a good book.
Just a five-minute drive away, you will find the charming village of Pollensa, where you can stroll through its picturesque cobblestone streets and discover a wide range of local gastronomy in its cozy restaurants. Also, don't miss the opportunity to visit the famous beach of Formentor and the stunning coves of crystal clear waters and white sand of Cala Sant Vicente, which are just a short drive from the villa.
