Car hire included
All holidays at a villa include car hire – inclusive car hire will provide you with complete freedom and flexibility to explore your chosen destination. Car hire has been arranged for collection and return to the airport at a charge (£16 each way), or a courtesy bus will take you to the Roig office free of charge for collections of your vehicle. We recommend you consider the amount of luggage you will be taking to ensure that the allocated car is suitable for your needs. Holidays at Apartments do not include a car hire- please if you are interested in any of the cars, ask our sales team for more information
Taxi transfers included
If you have booked a taxi, please proceed to the Information Desk in the arrivals hall where the taxi driver will be waiting to greet you. We use a local taxi company, based in Puerto Pollensa, who knows the area and locations of our villas well. We will advise you at the time of booking of the costs for your taxi transfers and charge you accordingly. Should you cancel a pre-reserved/confirmed taxi transfer, prior to your departure, a 100% cancellation fee will be levied. If you require a taxi transfer later than 10am on your day of departure, the return taxi will be booked to collect you from the Resort Office. You will need to confirm your collection time with the Resort Office during your stay. Car hire must be returned to the Resort Office at the latest 10:30am if you have a later taxi to the airport. Prior to this collection will be from your villa. If you require a taxi on your arrival, where you arrival is prior to 3.00pm, your taxi will bring you to the Resort Office and you will collect your hire car from here. For all arrivals after 3.00pm at the airport, the taxi will take you directly to your villa where your hire car will be waiting for you.
A taxi service operates at Palma Airport. However, please be aware that these drivers are NOT familiar with the location of our properties. We cannot be held responsible for any difficulties in locating your property and/or costs incurred by using an independent taxi service.
The accommodation provided must only be used by the person(s) shown on your invoice and sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited. On no account may the number of people, including children, exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the brochure or on the website.
Holiday duration and check-in/check-out times
Unless otherwise stated, your holiday duration is for 7 or 14 nights and your accommodation is reserved for you from 4pm on your arrival day (5pm in July and August). Should your scheduled arrival time be late at night/in the early hours of the morning, this means that your accommodation will have been reserved for you from that morning/the previous day and this constitutes the first night of your occupancy. If you arrive earlier, the Resort team will guide you with regards to luggage storage. All villas must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Your cooperation in complying with this condition would be greatly appreciated in order that properties may be prepared for incoming guests.
