Apartment Sivella II has an elegant style and is located in one of the busiest areas of Puerto de Pollença, close to a wide range of stores, bars and restaurants.
Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach right outside the door!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, terrace and an additional rooftop solarium.
Inside the apartment is modern, stylish and newly decorated to provide a further enhanced holiday experience. In addition, being located in a corner plot, allows the apartment to be full of natural light all day providing a great sense of space and freedom. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the whole apartment is air-conditioned.
Big patio doors lead out to the front terrace, providing breathtaking views over the sandy beach, the promenade and the bay of Pollensa.
A flight of steps lead up to the rooftop terrace, a private area enjoying the most sensational views and a more additional space. For the comfort of our guests, a car is not necessary at this property, however there is private parking (gates) available on the premises free of charge.

For reservations made before 12/15/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For all reservations made after 15/12/2022 the sale price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

As regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa for over 20 years we are happy to try a new apartment on each occasion but that changed with Sivella II - this time we would definitely return to the same apartment. An excellent property, presented to a very hisee more
As regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa for over 20 years we are happy to try a new apartment on each occasion but that changed with Sivella II - this time we would definitely return to the same apartment. An excellent property, presented to a very high standard and in an ideal location with nearby access to pubs, restaurants and a good-sized supermarket with the town centre a short 15 min walk away - that's if you can tear yourself away from the wonderful views offered from the front terrace! We will definitely be coming back to this one!

As with all/most properties on the island, we had to rely upon regular supplies of bottled water throughout our stay. A water purifier that enabled drinkable water straight from the tap would be an added bonus.

We loved staying at the apartment. It was spacious clean and the bed were very comfortable. There are plenty of equipment etc in the kitchen. The location is fantastic.

We had issues with the air conditioning. We figured out each controller can be taken off the wall and needs charging up in order to work properly.
In the information pack it would be useful to have information about the things in the apartment liksee more
