It is the perfect place for a couple, a small family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday without the need to constantly rely on a car. With 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom, Piso Marc can accommodate up to 4 people in elegant and cozy interiors. Access to the terraces is through the community staircase.
The apartment has been arranged to offer a superior holiday experience at excellent prices, fulfilling all the requirements for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. There is a spacious living room with adjoining dining room (wi-fi internet, television, comfortable sofas, as well as large patio doors leading to the private balcony), a separate fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and full of natural light that comes from an interior patio. The best thing about this fabulous apartment is its unbeatable location.
The air conditioning is included in the rental price and they are available without schedule, they are only turned off from 6-11am in the morning to rest the machines.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
