Description
Beach Villa Catalina is a delightfully pretty, holiday home with private pool located within easy walking distance to the sandy beach and shops of Can Picafort. Sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value for money in a location where a car is not essential. The interiors are welcoming and beautifully decorated, the gardens are inviting, the newly installed swimming pool inviting: all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday!
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. The ground floor is occupied by a huge, covered terrace and by a useful poolside bathroom. The upper floor, which can be reached by an outdoor staircase, offers a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 2 double and 2 twins, yet the twin beds can be joined to form doubles if required by the guests. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room while the remaining 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom. All the interiors have been carefully refurbished to offer comfort, style and a sense of freedom. The lounge is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).
Large terraces surround all the upper floor.
Outside the villa has its own lovely gardens, with shaded dining areas, shrubs, flowers and a beautiful private swimming pool (measuring 15sqm). The pool I provided with sunbeds for the comfort of the guests. Dining by the pool or enjoying a drink before a troll down to the beach will be a true delight!
Tourist tax is included in the rates.

Das Haus ist groß und sehr geräumig - auch für eine Gruppe (wir haben insgesamt zu 8. dort übernachtet) und vor allem der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Zimmer, Bad und Küche und Pool waren sauber. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist zu Fuß ca 15 Minuten entfersee more

Ein schöner Sandstrand ist zu Fuß ca 15 Minuten entfernt, Alcudia ist auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen!
