Cala San Vicente is a hidden gem in the Northern Mallorca. Sheltered by the high mountains of Tramuntana and blessed by crystal clear waters, this is a true heaven off the beaten track. It is within this beautiful enviroment that the fully renovated Beach Villa Sohn is located. Perfectly set within walking distance from the 3 sandy bays of Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins with an excellent choice of restaurants, this villa provides welcoming interiors (air-conditioned, completely refurbished and finished to the highest standard), spacious terraces and an inviting private swimming pool. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Beach Villa Sohn can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.
Inside, the villa is set on one floor and is full of light. It has been totally renovated to the highest standard to provide a unique holiday experience in one of the most beautiful areas of the island. There are 3-air conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins), 2 family bathrooms with shower and an airy lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. The purposedly-built kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals (large fridge/freezer, 4 cooking rings, dishwasher, microwave) and the lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs and flat screen TV.
Outside there is a fantastic porch, surrounded by bougainvilleas flowers, perfect for al fresco dining (a brick built barbecue is available for the guests to enjoy). The large private swimming pool (measuring 6m x 3.5m , depth between 1.2m and 1.6m) has Roman steps into it and attracts sun all day. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

Nice and quiet residential location, pool area and villa clean and equipped. Might struggle for space with 6 people indoors for seating but outside area has lots of seating and sunbeds.

Couldn't use any of the fitted wardrobes as they had an awful stale musty smell that was very strong.think they need removing and replacing possibly rotten? made the whole villa smell if doors and windows not open .
