Description
Villa Pitort has magnificent views of the nearby hillside, yet is still close to the center and beaches of Cala San Vicente. Cala San Vicente is a laid-back holiday destination with several good restaurants and 2 superb sandy coves, all within a short walk of the villa. This 4 bedroom house has a private swimming pool and a great alfresco dining area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Pitort is set back off the main street leading into Cala San Vicente. The house is slightly raised above street level and concealed with hedging As you enter through the gates and pass under the vine covered archway, a few steps lead up to the front door.
The combined lounge and dining area has comfortable sofas around the flat screen TV, an ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. From the dining area, patio doors open onto the pool deck.
The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped, and has direct access to the BBQ terrace. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en suite shower, as well as 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have patio doors onto the villa grounds. The remaining twin bedroom with en suite shower room dominates the entire first floor. This bedroom also has views of the nearby mountainside.
Outside, villa has a private swimming pool offering plenty of space to sunbathe. The grounds are bordered by hedging and trees for a good degree of privacy. Around the back of the villa is the brick BBQ and a shaded dining area, plus you'll also have a second smaller seating area and a table by the poolside.
Villa Pitort can sleep up to 8 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

The villa needs an update/re-furnish as its looking tired and old.
The villa is not child friendly especially the pool no steps at the deep end not suitable for non swimmers.
