Description
Fanga is a truly special 2-bedroomed villa, finished to a very high standard and provided with amazing outdoor areas (including a large pool, extensive terraces and gardens). The villa is beautifully located in a pleasant countryside area, just 10 minutes drive away from the old town of Pollensa.
The front door leads directly into the spacious, light and airy lounge/dining room, which is stylishly furnished and provided with picture windows, overlooking the pool (Sky freeview TV channels in English are available). Just off the dining area, there is a fully fitted, galley style kitchen, tastefully decorated with brightly coloured ceramic tiles. A door from here leads to the open terrace at the rear. A hallway leads to a pretty double bedroom and a twin bedroom, as well as to 2 family bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).
Outside, the extensive grounds are enriched by many mature trees, which give privacy to the villa. There are three covered terraces, allowing different views to the extensive gardens and the countryside around. At the back of the villa a staircase leads up to an open terrace which features a Mallorcan stone wall and has views of the surrounding countryside and Tramuntana mountains: the perfect spot for a relaxing drink while enjoying the romantic views over the sunset! The delightful covered terrace at the front of the villa provides shade when required, dining facilities including a brick buolt barbecue and is conveniently set right next to the pretty swimming pool (measuring 8m x4m, depth 1.1m - 1.9m).
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

Der Garten ist etwas wild, etwas mehr Unterhalt hätte uns noch besser gefallen. Defekte Teile wie fehlende Rückhalteklappen der Skimmer, wackelige Mikrowelle oder marode Bar sollten ersetzt werden.

Leider wird die tolle Finca nicht mit so viel Liebe gepflegt, wie sie es verdient hätte. Die Sauberkeit war leider eher ungenügend, haben den ersten Tag selbst noch mal geputzt und einige Dinge „optimiert“. Ja auch wir müssen sagen, dass es ein Ameisenproblem in Küche und Außenbereich gibt, es ist aber ja auch eine Landfinca und kein Cityhotel. Eine großzügige Verteilung Backpulver hat schnell geholfen. Wir hatten am zweiten Tag einen Stromausfall/Überlastung, die Agentur hat aber sehr schnell einen super netten und flotten Techniker geschickt. Alles in allem fanden wir die Finca trotzdem sehr schön. |

Das Putzteam sollte auf mehr gebrieft werden, als Betten neu beziehen und Boden wischen. Staub saugen sollte drin sein, Besteck und Geschirr sollte sauber sein, Haare vom Vorgänger auf Sofas und im WC sollten entfernt werden. Und gerne auch mal über see more

L’horari fixat és massa estret de les 8h del matí que acaba a les 14h que torna a encendre’s és massa estona sense possibilitat d’obrir-lo. Hem estat dies on feia molta calor i el mati en feia massa a la casa. A més, els aparells estan als 2 dormitoris, però no n’hi ha a l’estança principal, i en caldria un al menjador. 3. La Televisió : hi ha un munt de cadenes americanes i de tota arreu perquè hi ha satèl·lit, però no es pot veure cap de nacional, ni per la tele ni per satèl·lit. Hem estat 15 dies veient les notícies des del mòbil. No és imprescindible, però estaria bé poder veure la televisió si ve de gust. Impossible duplicar pantalla des-de el mòbil
