Stylish and perfectly located, Beach Villa Pinaret is a stunning 4-bedroomed villa with private swimming pool located just a couple of steps from the sandy beach, shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. Due to its virtually unique location, designer interiors and modern features, this is probably one of the best properties in our program. Enjoy a drink by the pool or in the front terrace, chill out in the fully air-conditioned interiors, take a stroll to the seafront or dine outside enjoying the pleasant breeze: Beach Villa Pinaret will surprise you.
The villa is set over one floor and features modern, airy interiors developed around a stylish central courtyard-garden. There are 4 large bedrooms in total, 1 double suite and 3 twins as well as 3 modern bathrooms (1 with shower en-suite to the master bedroom, 1 family shower room and 1 family full bathroom). The huge lounge (fully equipped with sofas, dining table for 8, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, DVD player, stereo) has direct access to a shaded terrace furnished with armchairs. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave) leading to the poolside terrace with barbecue and al-fresco dining facilities. The interiors are air-conditioned.
Outside there are attractive terraces both at the front and at the rear of the villa, to fully enjoy the Mallorcan sun all day long. The swimming pool is set within private gardens and measures 5m x 3.5m (depth is between 1.2m and 1.85m), access is via Roman Steps and pool gate is available. But with such a fantastic bay just a couple of steps away, the choice between swimming pool and beach will be hard!

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

The air conditioning needs sorting and the timings need changing
Also it could be helpful to have a few more cleaning supplies left in the villa eg toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap in bathrooms

Air conditioning in the two connected rear bedrooms is very poor - maybe additional external units could be fitted? Check in time of 5pm is too late - I do appreciate the current situation is very demanding on cleaning but other agencies are able tosee more

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat eine clevere Aufteilung.

(Uns wurde aber zugesichert, dass die Hausnummer in den Reisedokumenten von 9 auf 4 korrigiert wird. Bitte nicht vergessen.)
