The house in Puerto de Alcudia, is close to the best restaurants, all services, is located just over 1 km from the beach.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, a double room, a twin room and a single room, on the first floor.
There is a shower room on the ground floor and a full bathroom on the first floor where all the bedrooms are located.
The privileged location also allows you to have the only water park in the area just 600 metres away, the historic centre of Acudía, nightlife, etc.
The swimming pool is communal but not public, only the neighbours of the property have access. Opening hours of the swimming pool are from 10:00 to 21:00.
Air conditioning free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 hrs.
