Villa Palmera is situated in the residential area of Los Pocillos, Puerto del Carmen, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants at this end of Puerto del Carmen and just 3.5kms away from the old town and harbour area. Accommodation is spacious, comfortable and on three levels, and is an ideal holiday base for a large party or 2 families, looking to travel together, but looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation. Doors from the living/dining area lead out to a covered terrace with outside seating and dining area, to open terraces and the swimming pool. There is a barbecue for alfresco dining, a games room, with pool table and table tennis table, for entertainment and a roof terrace, with views of the surrounding area, mountains and sea (not recommended for young children).

Note - This accommodation sleeps up to 12 persons. Prices are based on up to 6 persons sharing and there is an additional charge of £100.00 per person per week for parties over this.

Master bedroom with king-size bed, Air Conditioning and en-suite full bathroom (with small bath & shower), 1 twin bedroom with Air Conditioning, 1 shower room.

First floor – Living area, open-plan to dining/kitchen area with breakfast bar to seat 4, electric hob & oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. 1 bedroom with king-size bed, Air Conditioning and en-suite full bathroom (with separate shower), 1 further bedroom with king-size bed and Air Conditioning, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room.

SWIMMING POOL: Private L-shaped swimming pool 8m x 4m, with 6 stone steps into pool (depths – 1.2m-1.5m).

*Heatable pool – pool heating included in the winter season, 1/11 – 30/04, and on request in the summer season, 1/05 – 31/10, at a supplement of £100.00 per week.
