On the lower level there is a comfortable sitting area, fully equipped kitchen (of a very high standard), a laundry/WC and dining area. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine-style upper floor featuring a stylish double bedroom (separated by a glass wall) with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a further single bed overlooking the beautiful lounge. At the back of the house there is also an external courtyard with dining table and chairs, giving access via a spiral staircase to a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

For additional comfort, the house is air-conditioned.
