Located in Selva, a delightfully pretty town below the high Tramuntana mountains, this top quality villa combines all the traditional elements of Mallorcan architecture with the most modern comforts.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and is beautifully furnished as well as fully air-conditioned. The ground floor is occupied by a truly huge living room (opening straight to the outside) with fully equipped separate kitchen as well as useful WC.

The 3 bedrooms are all located on the upper floor and are all en-suite. The master bedroom is also provided with its own walk-in wardrobe while the 2 remaining bedrooms are twin. 2 extra beds are available on request and free of charge.

Outside the villa is surrounded by magnificent gardens with orchards, olive and almond trees. There is total privacy and a great sense of peace. The large private swimming pool measures 11m x 5m and is provided with comfortable sunbeds.Spending long hours enjoying the views will be a true delight!

From the beautiful lounge area, patio doors lead to a covered terrace with a chillout. An idillic place to have a glass of wine.

Outside the large swimming pool is set surrounded of trees, which is perfect to enjoy in the peacefull nature of Selva and its outskirts. 

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
