Crestaix d'Alt is a lovely house situated in Crestaix, a peaceful residential area between Sa Pobla and the old Roman town of Pollensa.

Ideal for couples, this romantic house enjoys pretty gardens surrounded by a private swimming pool and overlooked by a cool shaded terrace that adjoins the lounge.

Inside the house is tastefully furnished and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and open plan lounge diner and stairs leading to the mezzanine bedroom. It`s just a 15 minute drive to popular Pollensa town where there is a weekly market every Sunday and a wide array of shops, bars and restaurants.

The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are also just a short drive away.

At the ground floor you will be able to have access to the open plan Kitchen, the Lounge with flat screen TV and access to the terrace including washing machine.

On the first floor you can find the double bedroom with the air conditioning and also the bathroom that has a bath with over head shower.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

There is a covered dining area and a built-in barbeque where you will be able to enjoy and relax.
