On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen with doors leading out to a covered BBQ area. Near this area, there is a utility room with a washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a twin bedroom together with a full bathroom. Stairs lead up to the first floor with 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin) sharing a bathroom with a shower.

Please note that there is an outside toilet also.
