LA CASITA

As its Spanish name says, La Casita is a welcoming and cheerful villa with 3 bedrooms and private swimming pool, beautifully located very close to the sought after beach resort of Puerto Pollensa. The interiors are carefully furnished in traditional style and the outdoor areas feature inviting terraces and a pleasant garden with lawn.

The main entrance door leads into the dining/lounge area traditionally furnished with lots of original features, to enhance the character of the villa. An attractive archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with doors opening outside to the BBQ area. Another archway leads off to a double bedroom with antique bed and a separate shower room. Through a third archway, passing via a small hallway, there are two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and one a single bed which share a family shower room.

Outside there is a delightfully pretty garden with views over to the mountains and surrounding pine woods. The generously sized private pool has lawn on three sides. La Casita also offers to its guests spacious terraces to enjoy long days out: the L-shaped covered terrace has sitting areas surrounded by flowering shrubs and plants. An outside BBQ house with table and chairs for al fresco dining is located at the rear of the villa, together with a utility room.
