Roqueta is a sweet and welcoming cottage with private swimming pool, set in a rural location and perfect to accommodate 2 to 3 guests. Carefully renovated and furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn as well as spacious terraces providing unique opportunities for outdoor living.

A short driveway leads up to the entrance of the property, enriched with beautiful, antique, wooden doors, which lead to the charming open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The large kitchen is both modern and fully equipped and comes with dishwasher, microwave and completely separate pantry. Needless to say it also accommodates a dining table and chairs and a sitting area. Off here, is the beautifully designed bathroom (with walk-in shower). Just next to the bathroom is a tastefully decorated double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. A staircase, with open horizontal bar handrail, leads up from the lounge to a mezzanine floor, housing a single bed.

Outside there is a stunning wrap around, covered terrace and a delightful pool area, from where lovely views of the surrounding area can be enjoyed. A lawned area and a typical stoned patio surround the pool. There is also an outhouse housing a washing machine.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
