This delightful 4 bedroom villa has a real Spanish feel, and is only 5 minutes' drive from the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. This popular, lively destination has a never-ending choice of cafes and restaurants, mostly overlooking the sea. Plus, Pollensa Old Town is just a short drive away too. The house has a bright and airy interior, with plenty of Spanish charm and views over the open countryside and mountain. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the 4 bedrooms and the lounge are included.

Entrance
Villa Vilar de Baix is situated along a short country track off of the road connecting Puerto Pollensa to Pollensa Old Town. Wooden gates open onto a private driveway with an adjacent fruit tree orchard. The main entrance is at the front of the house.

Living space
The spacious lounge and dining area is of a typical Spanish design, with tiled flooring and a high beamed ceiling. There is comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, a table and chairs and an ornamental fireplace. The dining area leads into the compact but fully equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The double and twin bedrooms at the front of the house both have patio doors onto the front terrace. Each bedroom also has an adjacent shower room. The remaining 2 twin bedrooms share the facilities of a separate bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space
Outside, Villa Vilar de Baix has spacious grounds, with a sunny south-facing terrace and trees dotted around. You'll also have a fantastic view of the local Tramuntana Mountain range behind the villa. The covered BBQ house has a brick BBQ and bread oven as well as a table and chairs.
