Perdiu Vell Petit

Our stay at Villa Perdiu Vell Petit was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is simply magical. The villa is beautifully situated in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature — we were gently woken every morning by birdsong, which was incredibly relaxing. The views are stunning and make you feel completely at peace. Although the property is tucked away and feels very private, it is still extremely close to the charming town of Pollença — just a 5-minute drive. There you can easily do grocery shopping, enjoy a coffee, or dine at one of the excellent local restaurants. The house itself is exceptionally well equipped and furnished with great taste. It does not feel like a typical rental property at all — it truly feels like a real home. The walls are decorated with numerous beautiful paintings, which give the villa a unique and charming character. The sofas in the TV area are very comfortable and functional, perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, everything you might need is there, and the mattresses in the bedrooms are very comfortable, ensuring excellent sleep. Everything is of the highest standard. The villa is also very warm and comfortable, which is worth mentioning for anyone considering a winter stay — the heating works perfectly, and the radiators function flawlessly, making the house cosy even on cooler days. The villa is extremely comfortable, especially as each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom, which made our stay very convenient. We stayed for two weeks, and after the first week the managing agency changed the bed linen and towels and cleaned the bathrooms, which we really appreciated. A very nice surprise was the welcome set waiting for us on arrival: bread, mineral water, coffee and tea, as well as practical items such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and a laundry tablet. The house is also equipped with a washing machine (which is very helpful for longer stays), as well as an iron and a drying rack. The villa was spotlessly clean, all dishes were perfectly clean, and everything was simply flawless. We were very warmly welcomed by the owners, who personally came to greet us. They shared interesting stories about the house and gave us great tips about the surrounding area, which made us feel very cared for and truly welcome. As a final lovely touch, the garden is filled with orange, mandarin and lemon trees that were full of fruit during our stay. We were welcome to help ourselves, and tasting ripe citrus picked straight from the tree was a truly special experience — something we will remember for a long time. We highly recommend Villa Perdiu Vell Petit. Not only is the house itself outstanding, but it is also located in what we consider to be one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. We would love to return one day.
