On the ground floor, you will find a bright open space with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a fireplace (not usable during summer months). On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms; one of them has a bathtub integrated into the bedroom, separated from the bathroom. The villa offers air conditioning in all rooms, free WiFi and an outdoor area with a private pool, gas barbecue, covered porch and outdoor dining area. It is part of the exclusive Linea Verde complex, with common areas and private parking. Surrounded by services and just steps from the sea, it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy Zakynthos with total comfort. Local taxes and fees: Any additional or newly imposed taxes, fees, or government charges are not included in the Sealandvillas price and will be paid directly at the property. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Before arrival, an online check-in link will be sent to register all guests.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

We have just returned from a week at Linea Verde Exclusive Villa in Tsilivi, Zante. The villa is wonderful. A peaceful location on the edge of town, but still within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beach (10-15 minutes). The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. In addition there is a downstairs toilet, which is useful during the day. There is a beautiful living area with a well equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar. Outside there is a good sized pool, eight sun loungers and a table seating eight for eating outdoors. A gas barbecue is also provided. The property is expertly managed by Mara who is not only incredibly friendly, but was always available on the phone and quickly responded to any requests, including arranging hire cars and days out. It was great to arrive at a rental property that actually looked exactly like its online photos and descriptions.
