Located in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana, between the picturesque villages of Alaró and Santa María, Residencia Baranda is an elegant four-bedroom villa built in the traditional Mallorcan finca style. Surrounded by over three acres of private landscaped gardens, this property offers a perfect blend of peace, comfort, and natural beauty.

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): Designer double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes. Direct access to the front terrace with countryside views. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub.

Bedroom 2 (first floor): Double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes. Spectacular views of the central plains. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub.

Bedroom 3 (master suite): Spacious balcony/loggia with lounge area. Features a double bed, air conditioning, gas fireplace, walk-in wardrobe, and large en-suite with bathtub and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4 (rear of house): Designer double bed, built-in wardrobes, garden views. En-suite bathroom with shower. Note: this room does not have air conditioning.

Living areas

The main living room is an open-concept, elegantly styled space filled with natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. These allow for seamless indoor-outdoor living and let a refreshing breeze flow through the ground floor—ideal for staying cool during the summer months. The layout invites both relaxation and socializing, whether you're reading a book or gathering with friends and family.

Kitchen and dining

The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, pantry-style fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. It also comes with all the cookware and utensils you may need to prepare meals for your group. Tableware is provided by the prestigious Villeroy & Boch, including matching cutlery, glassware, and linens.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and ample space for drying and household tasks.

Gardens and outdoor spaces

The gardens and terraces at Residencia Baranda offer a diverse range of tranquil areas to enjoy. The property is surrounded by more than three acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with shaded nooks, seating areas, and a hilltop viewpoint with breathtaking rural views.

*A €2,000 security deposit will be requested 21 days prior to your arrival. This amount is held as a guarantee against any potential damage or breach of terms during your stay. Assuming everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded shortly after your departure.
