This spacious detached country house is conveniently located mid-way between Alcudia old town and of Port Alcudia with its sandy beach, marina, shops and restaurants. The tranquil country setting is ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday with good privacy. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge, dining room, separate kitchen, two double beds, one with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a separate shower room and a shower room. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with a private ensuite shower room. The exterior offers spacious poolside terraces and next to the dining area there is a built in BBQ. Lawns and mature gardens surround the pool area with sun beds and a parasol provided to soak up the sun. The villa has an orchard with Oranges and Lemons so help yourself to fresh fruit! There is an outside shower, toilet and off road parking available.
The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning is available from 19:00 to 07:00.
