Villa Conxa Bisanyes is in a pleasant countryside setting, it is located between the resort of Alcudia and Pollensa. From the villa you'll have nice views over the surrounding mountains. The villa is homely inside and a large private swimming pool. Air conditioning/heating and WiFi in all 3 bedrooms. There is also a removable pool fence available on request at an extra charge. In the entrance there are exotic palms on either side of the driveway greet you as you enter the villa grounds. There is a large private parking area for your hire cars, with a path leading up to the villa entrance. 7 steps down lead to the pool terrace. The living room area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, an ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped and has access to the exterior steps leading down to the pool terrace. The kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Villa has a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room, a twin and double bedroom which share a separate bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are bright and airy and have plenty of storage space. Outside you have 13 steps down from the house lead down to the pool terrace and exterior dining area. The large private saltwater swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access and there is plenty of space to sunbathe, with views over the surrounding countryside. The brick BBQ and alfresco eating area are covered to enjoy dining in the comfort of the shade. Villa Conxa Bisanyes can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
