Villa Cortijo is a charming independent villa located in the quiet countryside on the outskirts of Alcudia, Mallorca. Surrounded by a Mediterranean landscape, it offers the perfect balance of privacy and comfort for families or small groups. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three double rooms with air conditioning. One of the rooms with an en-suite bathroom has access from the terrace, and the other 2 rooms are located within the main house block and share another bathroom.
The bright open-plan living room includes comfortable sofas, satellite TV, WiFi and a dining space connected to a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and modern appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Outside, guests can relax in the private garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with dining area and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan sun. Additional amenities include off-road private parking, washing machine, safe and hairdryer. Upon request, a free cot and high chair are available. Ideally located just a short journey from Alcudia and Port d'Alcudia, Villa Cortijo offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops and local attractions such as golf courses and panoramic viewpoints, an ideal setting for a peaceful and memorable stay in northern Mallorca. Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
