Overview

The spacious Villa Illa is a welcoming holiday home with private pool and 5 bedrooms, able to accommodate up to 10 guests in airy interiors surrounded by extensive manicured gardens. Offering breathtaking views over the countryside and the sea, the villa is conveniently located close to Alcudia, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, turning it into the ideal choice for a large family or a group of friends wanting to explore Northern Mallorca.

Inside the villa is set over 2 floors and has been varefully designed having in mind comfort and style. entrance is onto the spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors leading out to a large covered terrace. A large fully fitted kitchen is located off the dining room and has a door opening out to the large wrap around covered terrace, ideal for entertaining and outdoor dining. Also on the ground floor there are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom.

Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to a further seating area with doors to a covered terrace with magnificent views of the sea. Off this area, there are 2 twin bedrooms with a separate family full bathroom and a double bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe area and en suite shower room (hydro massage shower).

The large kidney-shaped swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and is surrounded by extensive, well kept gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers (parasols and sunbeds are provided for all the guests). Adjacent to the pool is a very large, covered barbecue terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. There are also a billiard table and table tennis for further relaxation and enjoyment. Villa Illa is definitely the perfect property for outdoor living while enjoying the stunning views!

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Great villa for family stay at Mallorca

Big villa with plenty of space with beautiful surroundings. Authentic vibe and looks more beautiful than in pictures. You can play billiard, ping pong, swim, sunbath and chill in many different spots. A lot of space for big family.

The whole property with the pool, the view, the location, the cat that greeted us right away and was there for a week.

On the second-to-last day the alarm went off and until departure there was a beeping we unfortunately couldn't turn off. The mosquitoes were annoying, but with Autan and citronella candles it became manageable eventually.
