Outside, you will find a lovely private pool, with the possibility of putting barriers in case of need for the little ones, surrounded by terraces, both open and covered, so you can enjoy a good book in the shade while relaxing outdoors.

Upon entering the house, on the ground floor, you will be greeted by a spacious living room, ideal for sharing moments of relaxation or with the family. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, designed to make you feel at home. Also, on this floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with en suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom for family use. Going out the kitchen door, you will discover a terrace with portable barbecue, where you can enjoy delicious meals outdoors in good company.

Going up to the first floor, you will find a third bedroom with a double bed, with a small balcony that invites you to relax and enjoy the nature that surrounds the villa.

The location of the house is another of its great attractions, located in Bonaire, a quiet and sought after area, just a few minutes drive from the center of Alcudia. In the center you will find all the necessary services, such as supermarkets, health centers, restaurants, among others. You can also stroll through the historic center of the town, surrounded by an impressive medieval wall of the fourteenth century, or take the opportunity to visit the Sunday market, where you can buy fresh local produce to cook at home.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
