Both rooms offer air conditioning comfort, and outside there is a shaded terrace and a rustic barbecue area with comfortable furniture, which allows you to relax and contemplate the fabulous garden. The wide lawn area is ideal for family play, and the raised pool is perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day! Villa Son Fe Vilaire is the perfect choice for a small family wanting to escape the hustle and bustle, but who also want the convenience of being a short drive from some of the island's best beaches, as well as a host of bars and restaurants in the surrounding tourist centres of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and the town of Pollensa. The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. Important information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
