With first-class amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, double beds, fully equipped kitchen, Son Simo Vell is a truly special vacation home (and is also perfect for organizing special events such as weddings, etc.).

Beautifully furnished and with sensational views of the surrounding countryside, the villa has large common areas (including a professional kitchen) and 8 spacious rooms, all with bathrooms, finished to a very high standard and with double beds, TV and minibar. A gym is also provided for guests to enjoy. In addition to the 8 en-suite bathrooms, there are also 2 guest toilets. The interiors are air conditioned and are comfortably equipped with all the essential appliances for a complete vacation.

The ecotax will be paid in cash at the accommodation.

Visitors must pay an on-site deposit of 1600 euros, which will be refunded in cash/card upon departure.

Cleaning, bed linen, towels, bath towels, the day of arrival. Changes every five days (for stays longer than 7 days).
