La Corbaia

Villa La Corbaia is a beautiful villa away from home perfectly located in the green, unspoilt countryside of Artà. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms with A/C, this villa provides superb views and easy access to the sandy beaches and golf courses of the region. The large private pool is set within extensive gardens with lawn and pergolas: a true oasis of peace and serenity surrounded by nature! Care to the details together stylish touches, furnishing and decoration, add to this special villa a real Mediterranean ambience inside and out. The villa provides panoramic views of the surrounding lush landscape. The excellent beaches of this region and the ample shopping facilities, restaurants and bars of Artà and Cala Ratjada can be reached in a few minutes by car. Four renowned golf clubs are also within easy reach.

Inside, the villa is spacious and rich of character and is set over 2 floors. It has been carefully renovated making wide use of high quality materials in order to provide an unforgettable holiday experience. The main living areas are located on the ground floor, and consist of a lounge/dining area which provides access to the main dining terrace. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen also provides an additional dining area. On the ground floor there is also a welcoming twin bedroom (with patio doors opening onto the garden) as well as a family bathroom. The further two bedrooms, both featuring their own en-suite shower rooms, are located on the upper floor and a respectively a double and a twin. The bedrooms on the upper floor has direct access to a large, stunning terrace providing sensational views over the surrounding countryside.

Also outside, Villa La Corbaia has been carefully designed to impress. There are wide gardens with lawn, trees, pergolas, partly shaded terraces for the exclusive use of the guests providing unique opportunities for relaxing, dining al fresco or barbecuing. The large private pool is provided with comfortable sunbeds in order to enjoy long, relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
