Ses Cases Noves is a reformed finca with a beautiful old house, private pool, parking and a lawned garden, all framed by stunning sea and mountain views. Situated in Banyalbufar, one of the most tranquil and picturesque villages in Mallorca, the villa is in a privileged location, just a short walk from the best cafés, restaurants and the village's beautiful beach, famous for its cliff and waterfall.

The property is surrounded by the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and offers easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. Just 25 km from Palma de Mallorca, you can explore the city and its historical monuments, such as La Seu Cathedral and the Almudaina Palace.

The villa has a modern kitchen and an outdoor grill to enjoy al fresco dining, while you relax and enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island. In addition, the property has all the amenities to make your stay perfect, such as dishwasher and washing machine detergent, beach towels, ping pong table and heating in winter with pellets available.

In addition, a tourist tax will be charged and a request for payment will be sent before your arrival.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
