The property is surrounded by the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and offers easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. Just 25 km from Palma de Mallorca, you can explore the city and its historical monuments, such as La Seu Cathedral and the Almudaina Palace.

The villa has a modern kitchen and an outdoor grill to enjoy al fresco dining, while you relax and enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island. In addition, the property has all the amenities to make your stay perfect, such as dishwasher and washing machine detergent, beach towels, ping pong table and heating in winter with pellets available.

We had a fantastic stay. What a find, and a great last minute price. I will definately be looking to use Sealand Villas to book my clients villa stays. The property was clean, well kept and the communication with you was great.

Gorgeous place, just disappointed that we weren't informed ahead of our stay that there would be building work and a great big crane right next to the villa, which work beginning very early in the morning and going into the evening.
