The villa has a modern kitchen and an outdoor grill to enjoy al fresco dining, while you relax and enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island. In addition, the property has all the amenities to make your stay perfect, such as dishwasher and washing machine detergent, beach towels, ping pong table and heating in winter with pellets available.

Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
