Enjoy the charm of Cala Sant Vicenç in this elegant and modern apartment located on the beachfront. We are talking about a recently built building with the Cala Clara sand 50 meters away. A small, intimate cove with crystal clear water, for those who don't know the most famous corner of Cala Sant Vicenç. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and has a private terrace and garden with sea views. In addition, guests can benefit from a glamorous infinity pool with designer hammocks, located at the back of the building. The pool is communal. Inside the apartment we will find two bedrooms, both with single beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen share a large open space with lots of light and spectacular views. The house has a second individual bathroom with shower. We will find AC both in the bedrooms and in the living room. For the convenience of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00.
