Inside, the villa is set over different levels and has 4 bedrooms in total. There is a living area with satellite TV, DVD , modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds / en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed (these two bedrooms share a bathroom). The villa offers from most of the rooms breathtaking views over the sea and Cala San Vicente (which lights up romantically in the evening).

The approximately 70 m² outdoor terrace with a unique sea view, natural stone BBQ, outdoor kitchen, spacious teak wood panel and lounge area invite the guest to spend unforgettable hours under the Mallorcan sun enjoying the breathtaking views.

Steps lead up to the main 120 m² large sun terrace with a private pool. Here guests can experience in secluded peace a fantastic 360° panorama of the sea and mountains: a truly unique feature of this villa!

* Please note that the villa is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties: from the street - 110 stairs up to get to the property.

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

A unique stay I won't forget
Great location. Beautiful views. Luxurious spaces. Sea and bay views from every window. Plenty of options for sitting outside as well as inside. Outdoor kitchen on the terrace. Large pool. A short distance to the rocky beach and to town.
The villa is located on a hill/rock. Access is via stairs. There are also many stairs inside the house. It's not a downside, but one has to reckon with it. It would be good to improve the access road from above and make a parking area.

The views from this house will take your breath away! The pool was so nice for the kids and adults to enjoy!! There are a lot of stairs so be prepared to sweat, but the view is worth it!!

Stunning villa, pool is beautiful, amazing views, well equipped kitchen. Short walk to beaches and town. Lots of stairs might make it unsuitable for little children and people with mobility issues. The driveway is very rocky so we avoided driving on it. O

The property was amazing, perched on the rocky side of a cliff with the most amazing views that North Mallorca offer. The villa extremely comfortable and efficient with just about all the necessary requirements. The pool lovely and again the views incredi
