Cala Clara Beach Apartment is a stylish and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large balcony, sea-views perfectly located less than 100m away from the sandy bays of Cala San Vicente. Airy, full of light, air-conditioned and extremely well finished, this apartment is the perfect choice for all those guests who want to live an excellent holiday experience on Mallorca without the need to rely constantly on a car (beach and restaurants are within a short walking distance).

The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a stunning, sea-facing balcony to enjoy the views and a pleasant outdoor drink. The lounge and the kitchen, well furnished and spacious, have big patio doors (full size) providing breathtaking views and access to the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms in total, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower and 1 twins bedrooms, as well as 1 modern bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning is available and included in the rental price at set times (2pm-4pm, 8pm-8am). Due to its unique location, modern decor and stylish details, this property is a true gem not to be missed!

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
