Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Great location, great apartment. Great view, panoramic windows. Unfortunately sound travels easily when it comes to noise (chairs scraping, doors banging, hammering) from neighbouring apartments.

Basically a nice apartment, but poorly maintained. Please repair, paint and buy new kitchen utensils.

Unfortunately everything in poor condition. Broken knives, door handles, etc. There's no love put into it, and no one seems to check that the apartment stays in good shape. It has potential for higher ratings, but if the upkeep continues to be neglected

Overall, we had an OK time at this places. Check-In was supposed to be at 5pm. When we got there at 5:30pm the cleaning people were still cleaning. We left our stuff (which I am never comfortable with) and came back an hour later. It wasn't very clean tho

Good option for a group of friends
Very spacious, perfect for a group of friends or a family. 2 wonderful coves within walking distance (cala molins was our favorite). Magnificent view from the balcony

Well located and spacious
