La Cala

Approached via a long pine tree lined driveway, Villa La Cala is a stunning holiday home located within walking distance to the pretty Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays (which is just 1.5km away). Surrounded by extensive terraces, gardens, and provided with 4 bedrooms together with a welcoming private pool, Villa La Cala is set to impress. 

The villa (set over 2 floors) is particularly airy and full of natural light, with many large windows offering panoramic views to the surrounding countryside. The L-shaped kitchen is complete with a breakfast table and chairs and leads out to the pool area / outdoor dining area. The kitchen leads also to a lounge and a separate dining room both featuring a stone fireplace and many original Mallorcan features - both modern and antique. Three double glass doors lead out onto the lower terrace. Off the lounge is a twin bedroom located at the rear of the villa, together with a cloakroom/WC. A large piece of local rock is incorporated into the wall of this room. Then a staircase leads up to the upper floor where the 3 remaining bedrooms are located. This suite is approached through a doorway into a small hall with fitted wardrobes. Off this hall is an en-suite walk-in shower room and doors leading out to the upper terrace. A further double bedroom and a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom are located on the upper floor and both have doors leading out to the upper terrace. A further separate shower room is also on this floor. The bedrooms of Villa La Cala are air-conditioned.

Villa La Cala is also the perfect choice for outdoor living, all summer long There are extensive terraces, beautifully furnished, and unique features turning the property into a special holiday home. The lower terrace has an antique glass topped table and dining chairs to one end and a bamboo settee and comfortable armchairs at the other. Then to the right as you approach the villa is the walled pool area with a terrace, pool side shower and sun beds. Three steps lead up to a pathway that goes around three sides of the property and leads to two small bridges over a stream and a short garden walk. Trees have been planted to the front of the property.
