Villa Pi Tort offers stunning views of the mountains surrounding Cala San Vicente, creating a natural environment of tranquillity and privacy. Ideally located near the centre and beaches, this villa is perfect for a relaxed holiday in a picturesque location. Cala San Vicente is a coastal gem with restaurants and two sandy coves, all within a short walk. The villa has 4 bedrooms, capacity for 8 people, private pool, spacious outdoor areas and amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms. Located on the main street leading to Cala San Vicente, it rises slightly above street level and is surrounded by hedges for greater privacy. Upon entering, a vine-covered arch and some steps lead to the main door. The living-dining room, spacious and bright, features a decorative fireplace and connects to the terrace next to the pool, ideal for outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen, functional and well-equipped, has direct access to the barbecue area and includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, all with garden access. On the first floor is the fourth bedroom, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and mountain views. Outdoors, the villa offers a private pool, covered dining area, brick barbecue and poolside seating area. The hedges and trees surrounding the property ensure privacy and tranquillity.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
