Villa Catalina is a lovely holiday home with a private swimming pool, situated a short distance from the beach and the shops in Can Picafort. Sleeping 8 people in 4 bedrooms, the villa offers unbeatable value for money in a location where a car isn’t essential. The interiors are cosy and beautifully decorated, the gardens are perfect for relaxing, and the newly installed swimming pool is ideal for a dip: all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday!
Inside, the villa is spread over two floors. The ground floor comprises a bathroom. The upper floor, accessed via an external staircase, features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the interiors have been carefully refurbished to offer comfort, style and a sense of freedom. The living room has air conditioning (included in the rental price during the set times between 14:00 and 16:00 and between 20:00 and 08:00). Spacious terraces surround the entire upper floor.
Outside, the villa has its own gardens, with shaded dining areas, shrubs, flowers and a beautiful private swimming pool (measuring 15sqm). The pool is equipped with sun loungers for guests’ comfort. Dining by the pool or enjoying a drink before heading to the beach will be a real treat.
