Fantastic villa with swimming pool located in Can Picafort, just 450 meters from the beach, where 7 guests can stay.

In some corner of its wide terraces, which surround almost completely the villa and perfectly furnished, you will be able to have an energetic breakfast before going to the beach or perhaps to eat something in the barbecue at nightfall. You can also sunbathe on the sun loungers after a refreshing swim in the pool, read a good book under the umbrella or simply relax in the armchairs at the entrance and enjoy the tranquility of the residential area where it is located, a very popular area in Can Picafort.

Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room with international TV and large windows that let in lots of natural light. The kitchen, independent and gas, has direct access to the outside so you can cook and enjoy your favorite dishes outdoors in just a few steps. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this main floor you have a bedroom with balcony, double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Climbing the stairs you reach another bathroom with bathtub and three other bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with a single bed and the third with two single beds. On this same floor you will find a beautiful and spacious living room, surrounded by large windows providing the room with lots of natural light, which can be used as a study or for relaxing reading. Some of the rooms on this floor also offer sea views. A crib and high chair are available. On floor -1 there is a third bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and fans.

Can Picafort is located in a coastal area, mostly tourist in the summer months, where you will have all the services you need. Its beach, a few minutes walk away, is a beach of fine white sand, its crystalline waters invite you to take a relaxing bath or to practice water sports given its extension. We recommend a visit to the Albufera Natural Park, a walk or bike ride through the natural park of the Finca de Son Real. A short distance from the villa you can enjoy a pleasant walk after tasting a delicious and traditional paella in a restaurant on one of its beaches, such as the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans. If you want to get to know an even more lively area, go to Puerto de Alcúdia, and to Alcanada if you want to play golf.

The energy comes from solar panels. Air conditioning available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00-08:00.
