“Migjorn Cel” is a superb 2-storey apartment enjoying an unbeatable location right on the waterfront, just steps away from the sandy beach of Cala Galiota and the jetty with regular departures to the island of Cabrera as well as close to the famous beach of Es Trenc. Sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 spacious bedrooms, this apartment offers brand new interiors (with all the comforts) together with the unique bonus of a truly waterfront location: you will feel like you can touch the sea from your balcony! With all the necessary amenities within a short walking distance, a car is not essential.

The apartment is set over the first and second floors of a sea-front house, has its own independent entrance and has been totally renovated in 2019 making wide use of the latest techniques and fixtures. From All the rooms guests will be able to enjoy the most spectacular views over the Mediterranean and Cabrera Island in the distance. On the first floor there is a spacious, beautifully equipped lounge with fully-fitted kitchen and dining area, together with a superb terrace and a WC. The terrace is provide with an awning for shade when required, to enjoy long hours of relaxation while admiring the sea. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, with 2 further bedrooms, both en-suite, respectively a double and a twin. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

With such a great location, modern interiors, and the biggest swimming pool of the world at your doorstep (yes, the Mediterranean Sea!) this will be the holiday of a lifetime!

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
