The ground floor is completely accessible for guests with reduced mobility, who can move without problem from the entrance ramp through the wide doors and the floor-level shower to the impressive terrace with an infinity pool.

The villa is distributed across two floors. A ramp leads you through the main door, which opens to an open living room. Take your time in our fully equipped kitchen while conversing with your family or friends in the elegant living room. Two sliding glass doors illuminate the entire space, from which you can access a double room with a queen-size bed and a family bathroom with an accessible shower. The first floor has three more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with a window and an en-suite bathroom. An additional family bathroom is shared by the two twin rooms, both with sliding glass doors leading to a balcony overlooking the impressive Albufera. Outside, one can enjoy a quiet bath, have a barbecue under the porch, or simply lie in the sun and forget about everything. The guest has access to a bathroom and a laundry room from the patio, and even an outdoor shower with hot water next to the pool.

The property has air conditioning and a pellet stove. The air conditioning is available from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 8 PM to 8 AM.
