Almadrava

Almadrava benefits from a large shady terrace located at front of the property, complete with dining furniture, while further covered terraces are available to the side and rear, all providing shady retreats from the Mallorcan sun. Enclosed by hedgerows, the gardens provide a secluded area for relaxing days by the pool. Inside, the villa is traditionally furnished in pine with beamed ceilings and tiled floors and benefits from air-conditioning to provide cool air in the sultry, Mediterranean evenings. A fully fitted kitchen includes the modern conveniences required for self-catering and the built-in barbecue is great for alfresco dining.

Time A/C from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
