Villa Aumadravet del bosch is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with private swimming pool located in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, very close for you to enjoy the amazing beach, restaurants, bars and shops in this beautiful location.

Downstairs is open plan with living/dining/kitchen area with doors to the outside pool terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite work-tops oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine.

There are 3 bedrooms which consist of 1 double and 2 twins with single beds. There are two family bathrooms with showers and WC.

Beautiful outside terrace overlooking the pool, where you have loungers and BBQ to enjoy. There is a beautiful Pergola for you to sit under if you require some shade from the Mallorcan sun.

Swimming Pool has access to it through roman steps.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
