Beautiful outside terrace overlooking the pool, where you have loungers and BBQ to enjoy. There is a beautiful Pergola for you to sit under if you require some shade from the Mallorcan sun.

Swimming Pool has access to it through roman steps.

Schönes Landhaus mit tollem Ausblick wir würden es wieder buchen ! Junges Paar mit 3 Kindern
Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet alles ist funktionell und in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist neuwertig . Die Bäder auch sehr modern.Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Check in war gut und idiontensicher
Die Poolbeleuchtung funktionierte nicht , es kann aber auch sein dass ich den Schalter nicht gefunden habe. Das Essbesteck ist eher minderwertig. Es gab seisonalbedingt viele Mücken … eine information darüber wie man diese am besten in schach hält wäre to

Leider ließ die Ausstattung etwas zu wünschen übrig.Wir haben einen Seifenspender, eine Pfanne, Kerzen, Bier und Weingläser sowie Öffner gekauft.Das Besteck sowie vorhandene Gläser waren aufgrund eines hohen Kalkgehalts des Wassers angelaufen wir haben mi

Stunning location and perfect home from home
The location was absolutely amazing. It is in a beautiful rural part of the island surrounded by farm land. We made friends with all the local sheep and goats who visited us ever day. The villa is super private and has all the amenities you would expect.
The directions, which were coordinates, were incorrect so we spent a fair bit of time driving around country lanes to find the villa. The property agency need to fix this for the next guests.There was no air con in the living areas, ie living room, dining

Beautiful villa and quiet place. Easy to reach beaches and Alcúdia center by car. Big swimming pool. Comfortable beds. Very nice to see sunrise and sunset.
Big and private area.
There was problem with garden lighting during the 2 weeks stay. Seems it was broken, but the outside lamps on the house works properly and it was enough lights at the night time.

Schönes, frei stehendes Ferienhaus mit Pool in ländlicher Umgebung. Hell, freundlich und komplett eingerichtet. Wirklich ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive TOP! Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten/Schattenplätze rund ums Haus.
