Ca'n Coll is a charming stone country house restored, located between Pollença and Puerto Pollença. The property enjoys stunning panoramic views of the countryside and mountains, including the majestic Puig Maria. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from the beautiful beaches and services of Puerto Pollença, while the town of Pollença is even closer.

The estate is meticulously maintained by its owners, who take pride in keeping it in perfect condition. The private pool, recently renovated, is located in beautiful gardens with grass and surrounded by lush bushes and citrus trees, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation. The solarium terrace, next to the pool, offers a perfect place to enjoy the Mallorca sun. Additionally, a shaded and cool porch provides a cozy space for outdoor dining or relaxing, away from the sun.

Inside, the house combines rustic charm with modern comfort. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with twin beds that share a full bathroom. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, which has an adjacent shower for greater comfort. Additionally, to avoid walking through the house with wet feet after a swim in the pool, a practical shower and a bathroom have been set up, accessible from the terrace, providing great convenience for guests.

To ensure maximum comfort in all seasons of the year and in line with local energy-saving initiatives, Ca'n Coll is equipped with air conditioning, available in all units from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
