The solarium terrace, next to the pool, offers a perfect place to enjoy the Mallorca sun. Inside, the house combines rustic charm with modern comfort. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with twin beds that share a full bathroom. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, which has an adjacent shower for greater comfort. Additionally, to avoid walking through the house with wet feet after a swim in the pool, a practical shower and a bathroom have been set up, accessible from the terrace, providing great convenience for guests.

To ensure maximum comfort in all seasons of the year and in line with local energy-saving initiatives, Ca'n Coll is equipped with air conditioning, available in all units from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
