Can Fiol

The spectacular Villa Can Fiol is a villa located in the well-known residential area of Llenaire. It is only 400 metres from the beach. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with A/C, three of them twin and one double. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. There is an additional bathroom and toilet on this floor. The kitchen, living room and sitting room are modern and fully equipped. An additional room allows guests the use of a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor we can find another double bedroom with A/C and its own balcony. A bathroom and an air-conditioned living room complete this floor. The villa occupies a large plot, offers good privacy, garden and swimming pool. It enjoys good views to the mountains and the resort. Welcome to the perfect place for your holiday. Free air conditioning from 14:00 to 16:00 hours and from 20:00 to 08:00 hours.

The tourist tax is included in the price.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
